Statements of certain current and former executives of BSIP portfolio companies (“Executives”) regarding their experiences working with BSIP are included herein. No quoted Executive is a current BSIP advisory client; however, certain Executives are investors in certain BSIP-advised entities. No Executive received or will receive any cash or non-cash compensation for providing these statements. The Executives have potential and actual conflicts of interest as a result of such individuals’ business activities and relationships with BSIP. Specifically, current Executives work (and former Executives worked) for companies owned and controlled by a BSIP fund, and receive (or received) their salaries and other economic benefits from those companies. In addition, certain current and former Executives have other financial relationships with BSIP, including investments in BSIP funds.
