No quoted Executive is a current BSIP advisory client; however, certain Executives are investors in certain BSIP-advised entities. No Executive received or will receive any cash or non-cash compensation for providing these statements. The Executives have potential and actual conflicts of interest as a result of such individuals’ business activities and relationships with BSIP. Specifically, current Executives work (and former Executives worked) for companies owned and controlled by a BSIP fund, and receive (or received) their salaries and other economic benefits from those companies.
